A little piece of heaven
We have stayed in a number of hotels, B&Bs, etc. in the Lakes and
this is by far the best place we have had the fortune to visit. On
arrival we were greeted with tea and cake and a fantastic run down of
the sights and sounds in the local area, a wonderful touch.

Lakeside Self Catering Lodge
If you are looking for an excellent self catering lodge, for 2/4
people, situated in the Lake District then look no further. We have
just completed our second visit to the lodge and we will be
returning!

What a great break. Well worth a visit
Having never been to the Lake District before, our stay was made all
the more enjoyable by staying at this wonderful Guest House. On arrival
we were warmly welcomed and shown to our room. It turned out to be
perfect for our stay. It had everything we required, plenty of storage
room, tea/coffee making facilities, television and a very comfortable
bed. The en-suite facilities were great and the shower a welcome relief
at the end of a hard day in the sun.

Lakeside Country Guest House
Great place with a very good view of the lake. Hosts are warm and
friendly, knowledgeable about the area. Flexible in terms of breakfast
time and the food.

Great Location
This was our second visit over the last 5 weeks, we found it very
comfortable, made very welcome, the best breakfast I have ever had,
the rooms are spacious with views over the lake. Ideal for children,
spacious with lots of board games to keep them occupied. I would
recommend the Lakeside if you want to feel at home in pleasant
suroundings.
