3 Night Discounted Breaks can be taken between Sunday-Fri and do not include Saturdays, Half Terms, Valentine Breaks or new year..Discounted breaks are always offered at the owners discretion.

ALL bookings enter into a legally binding contract with us (the accommodation providers) once the agreed deposit has been paid. This is usually £50 per room by debit/credit card for Guest House and £100 for Lodge.The deposit is non-refundable

WE promise to keep your accommodation available for you for your dates. In turn you promise to take up your rooms for the dates booked.

IN the unlikley event that you have to cancel your reservation we will do our utmost to rebook the room. If we are able to then there will be no further charge made to your account. If we are unsuccessful you will be liable for the full payment of your reservation unless 6 weeks cancellation notice has been given.

To avoid disappointment we recommend travel insurance to cover holidays taken within this country and not just abroad.

We reserve the right to charge your card to recover costs incurred from stolen , damaged or missing articles from rooms..We are non smoking and will charge for one nights stay if the room smells of smoke and we are unable to relet it to the incoming Guests.
